About Us
By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established. Proverbs 24:3.
Trillium Village is a Christian seniors’ community operated by the Strathroy & District Christian Retirement Association Inc., a private, non-profit, registered charitable organization offering Christian-based seniors’ housing in Middlesex County. The Association is managed by the Board of Directors, responsible for the governance of the Village. Our tenants come from diverse and interdenominational backgrounds.
Since 1982, Trillium Village has provided comfortable, affordable, adult living in three established residences: Maple Court, Cedar Court and Elm Court. The Courts feature 138 lovely 1- and 2-bedroom units with amenities within the suites and just down the halls.
To fulfill increased demand for independent senior living, Trillium Village is expanding. In Spring 2008, a lovely three-storey complex called The Concorde opened featuring 75 suites with the latest in comfortable, stylish, adult living. Future plans include the design and construction of The Beacon, The Alliance and The Diplomat.
Our Mission:
"Recognizing that the exercise of Christian mercy is a communal responsibility, the Corporation believes that it is also a communal responsibility to care for senior citizens by providing senior citizens facilities for their use and benefit.”

Trillium’s Goals & Objectives:
"To provide a unique, Christian community of seniors where an atmosphere of mutual support, encouragement and motivation permeates all facets of life.”
“To provide comfortable, well-maintained living accommodations and contribute to a stimulating living environment; taking into account the spiritual, physical and social needs of our tenants.”
“To encourage tenants to live and function independently, as long as possible, as an integral part within Trillium Village and the larger community.”
